Financial Analyst

Vydia is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to play a key role in shaping our strategic investments and financial operations. In this position, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Finance, you will dive into client and industry data to uncover trends and opportunities, supporting high-impact business decisions. You will contribute to deal evaluation, track transaction performance post-close, and prepare insightful presentations for senior management and our parent companys executive team, giving your work visibility and influence at the highest levels.

The ideal candidate brings a strong background in finance, accounting, or investment analysis, with advanced financial modeling skills and a sharp eye for detail. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze client and industry data to identify high-value investment opportunities and strategic initiatives that drive company growth
• Perform rigorous financial analyses for complex transactions, including strategic investments, joint ventures, acquisitions, content catalog investments, and large client cash advances
• Present in-depth transaction insights to senior management, parent company executives, and the Board of Directors, supporting informed and strategic go / no-go decisions
• Collaborate with the transaction team to structure, evaluate, and refine deal terms, assist in negotiations, and monitor performance post-close to ensure value realization
• Maintain and update detailed monthly analyses, tracking financial statement trends, operational KPIs, cash advance performance, and other critical business metrics
• Play an active role in the annual budgeting process, helping align financial planning with the companys strategic objectives
• Conduct ad hoc financial analyses to provide timely insights that support executive decision-making and key business initiatives
