  • Your Role Includes
  • : - Assessing patients in either an inpatient or outpatient setting and crafting personalized treatment plans - Implementing physical therapy interventions aimed at enhancing mobility, strength, balance, and overall function - Collaborating seamlessly with nurses, physicians, case managers, and fellow rehabilitation professionals to optimize patient outcomes - Educating patients and their families on therapeutic objectives, discharge procedures, and home exercises for continued recovery - Meticulously documenting evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in adherence to facility and regulatory standards - Engaging in care team meetings and interdisciplinary conferences to guarantee coordinated and comprehensive care
  • Education Requirements
  • : - A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution
  • Necessary Certifications
  • : - State licensure as a
  • Physical Therapist
  • CPR certification is preferred - Specialized certifications (neurological, geriatric) are beneficial but not mandatory
