Role Description :
We are seeking a skilled Voice Biometrics Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining voice biometric solutions for secure customer authentication. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of voice biometrics technology, experience with biometric systems, and excellent problem-solving skills. Responsibilities include enrolling customers, managing voiceprint databases, and verifying user identities using voice biometrics.
Key Responsibilities :
Collecting voice samples from users to create and store their unique voiceprint or voice profileDesign, build, and maintain systems that analyze and verify identities based on voiceprintsMaintaining and updating voiceprints in a database for future authenticationAnalyze voice data, identify patterns, and develop strategies to improve system accuracy and performanceUsing voice biometrics technology to verify a user's identity, comparing their voice to a stored profileCreate and refine algorithms for voice biometrics, including techniques for voice matching, speaker verification, and anti-spoofingIntegrate voice biometrics systems into existing infrastructure, such as call centers, banking systems, or security systemsConduct thorough testing and validation of voice biometrics systems to ensure accuracy and reliabilityManaging and maintaining biometric systems, including software and hardwareDiagnosing and resolving issues related to voice biometrics systemsMaintain detailed documentation of voice biometrics systems, including algorithm descriptions, system architecture, and performance dataWorking with various departments and external vendors to implement and support voice biometrics solutionsRequired Qualifications :
