As the Director of Content Finance for Disney+, you’ll lead a global finance team responsible for amortization forecasting, spend optimization, and management reporting across the Disney+ content portfolio. In this highly strategic role, you will partner closely with cross‑functional finance teams, and senior leaders serving as content expert and strategic advisor to help shape long‑term content investments, drive efficiency, and translate complex financial insights into actionable strategies.

Education
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $184,800 to $225,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and / or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
