Our Acton team supports home infusion centers, hospital pharmacies, and pharmaceutical companies in maintaining contamination control, product quality, and regulatory compliance-helping ensure safe, effective therapies reach patients faster.

As a Quoting Specialist , you'll serve as a key link between our customers, laboratory, and sales teams-preparing precise, timely quotes that align with technical, operational, and commercial needs. This role combines analytical accuracy with customer engagement, ensuring each quote reflects Element's commitment to quality, compliance, and service excellence.

Site Status : 100% On-Site

Responsibilities

Review incoming customer inquiries, technical specifications, and sample requests to determine testing scope (microbiology, environmental monitoring, compounding compliance)

• Translate customer requirements into detailed quote specifications, including test methods, turnaround times, and special protocols
• Prepare, format, and deliver accurate proposals that align with Element's pricing strategy, cost structure, and lab capacity

Collaborate with sales, laboratory operations, scientists, and quality teams to validate feasibility and ensure quotes reflect current capabilities and regulatory standards
