Key Responsibilities Link the patient experience between PACT and the practice site using established policies Schedule patient appointments, verify insurance coverage, and update patient information Provide customer service and assist with organizational marketing efforts while handling various patient needs Required Qualifications, Training, and Education High School Graduate 0 - 1 year experience in a call center, healthcare, or customer service-related area Basic knowledge of medical terminology is helpful but not required Basic understanding of computers and desktop software packages Ability to work a variety of hours based on departmental business needs
