Paralegal

Description We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team in Santa Rosa, California. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting attorneys with case preparation, discovery management, and trial readiness. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with a dynamic team while contributing to high-quality legal services.

Responsibilities :

• Draft and respond to discovery requests with precision and attention to detail.
• Summarize discovery responses for attorney review and case strategy.
• Create substantive legal documents, including pleadings and correspondence.
• Assist in preparing for depositions and expert discovery processes.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Collaborate with attorneys to manage cases effectively from inception through trial.
• Organize and maintain case files using case management software.
• Support trial preparation efforts, including evidence gathering and witness coordination. Requirements - Minimum of 5 years of experience as a paralegal in civil litigation.
• Strong proficiency in discovery processes and trial preparation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced organizational and analytical abilities.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced legal environment.
• Familiarity with case management software and legal documentation tools.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach to work.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
