Entry Level Field Marketing Specialist

Become a Brand Ambassador with Renewal by Andersen

Do you enjoy connecting with people and building relationships? Renewal by Andersen is seeking energetic Field Marketing Representatives to promote our brand directly with homeowners at retail locations, local events, and community expos. If you're outgoing, confident, and eager to begin a career in sales and marketing, this role could be a great fit for you!

What You'll Do :

  • Engage with customers and event guests in high-traffic public settings
  • Initiate conversations, uncover homeowner interests, and schedule free in-home consultations
  • Serve as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic representative of our brand

What We Offer :

  • Competitive compensation : $22 / hour plus unlimited weekly bonuses (top earners exceed $80K annually)
