Job Purpose :

To maintain the highest level of craftsmanship and customer service to support the Holmans Cabinets name and reputation in the Mid-Tennessee area!

Job Duties :

Customer Service!

Kitchen / Cabinet Design and Measure

20 / 20 and KCD Cabinet design

Skills / Qualifications :

A sincere desire to help others

Experience in Kitchen and Bath Design, Interior Design, or equivalent experience is a plus

Strong sales background, preferably within the design and / or construction arena

Expert skills in 2020 Design Software or KCD software are a plus!!!

Knowledge of Google docs, sheets, etc

Familiarity with social media websites such as Houzz and Pinterest

Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact

Ability to organize and focus on simultaneous multiple projects

Ability to see project through from conception to sale

Strong communication and organizational skills

Engaging personality to create lasting relationships with team members and clients alike.

Compensation

We hire TOP producers- If you're average you can earn $35K with us. If you're a star you can earn $75k or more!
