In this position, you will use your experience working with Raleigh area private and public and private clients in the NC area to help foster our mission that All People Should Live in Safe, Sustainable and Beautiful Communities!

What You Will Be Doing :

• Responsible for the management planning, scheduling and performance of multiple site engineering projects and personnel, both design and construction
• Work closely with Project Managers in understanding client needs and expectations.
• Review and / or prepare preliminary reports and feasibility studies
• Read, interpret and prepare site engineering plans, specifications and reports
• Provides technical advice regarding design, construction or modification and repairs to clients, contractors and other staff members
• May assist with business development activities (client needs, research, proposals, etc.)
• Coordinate construction administration and monitor documentation requirements with field staff
