Special Education Teacher PASS Program (Behavior Support)

Position Details :

Elementary school setting

PASS / behavior-focused caseload

Approx. 1520 behavior students supported in general education

1 self-contained student (young elementary)

1 paraprofessional assigned to assist

Some students pulled for social skills instruction (Why Try curriculum used)

Mostly general education inclusion services

Full-time, 40 hours / week

Start ASAP through May 22, 2026

Onsite only (no virtual or hybrid options)

Area-based placement; school details disclosed upon candidate qualification

Compensation :

$4852.50 / hour DOE (average ~$50 / hour, depending on years of experience)

What Youll Need :

Active Texas Special Education Teaching Certification

Experience with behavior support, inclusion, or PASS-type programs preferred

Strong collaboration and classroom management skills
