The Position : Our client is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join their growing team.

$75000 - $91000 depending on experience

Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Current Michigan RDH license

Basic Life Support / CPR training according to requirements of license and / or certification

Responsibilities :

Monday to Friday (7 : 30am 4pm) (4-day option also available)

Perform prophylaxis root planing and apply sealants

Update patient health history and all required information

Complete dental charting of existing restorations missing teeth and annual periodontal charting

Place subgingival medicaments as available

Take patients blood pressure x-rays and impressions (and pouring of) for diagnostic models

Present initial findings and recommended periodontal treatment

Confidently answer patient questions regarding any necessary treatment

Enter treatment performed and plans in the chart including re-care scheduling

Disinfect operatory and sterilize instruments

Assist the doctor dental assistants and business office team as needed
