Clinical Nurse III : Critical Care Float Pool - Night Shift

Work Schedule : 36 hours per week, Night Shift

Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments and document care in compliance with company policy and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient needs and care responses.
• Utilize sound nursing judgment in all patient care management decisions.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer prescribed medications, including over-the-counter options.
• Collaborate with nursing teams to develop comprehensive care plans for patients.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining professional nursing standards.
