Job Description

As a Manufacturing Technician, you will perform routine and critical manufacturing operations. Your role involves working with equipment preparation, formulation, and vial filling activities. You will handle various equipment such as vial cappers, autoclaves, ovens, vial washers, depyrogenation units, centrifuges, and mills. You will be responsible for completing and maintaining documentation related to your assigned work, including logbooks and batch records, while following all safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Apply aseptic techniques during operations.
• Prepare and filter solutions; fill and label vials.
• Assemble, disassemble, and operate aseptic filling and lyophilizer equipment.
• Perform assembly of products.
• Maintain a safe and sterile laboratory environment by wearing appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Document all work processes accurately.

Essential Skills

• 0-1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficiency in assembly and machine operation (1+ year).
• GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) experience.
• Sterilization experience (1+ year).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment.

Work Environment

Work in a sterile lab space requiring extensive personal protective equipment, including glasses, gloves, and a full-body ventilated suit. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm, with some overtime currently available. Operations are conducted in a GMP environment, requiring smocking up for four-hour shifts with breaks in between. Pay is $21hr-$24hr.

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.
