Facilities Planner / Designer

Hybrid - Will need to plan on being onsite at least 3 days per week.

Responsible for interior space management projects including planning, design, layout and utilization of space giving appropriate attention to the organization's expectations regarding future operations. Maintains inventories of facility space and furnishings for evaluation and control purposes and facilitates the establishment of space and furniture standards.

Assists in establishing aesthetic design criteria for new and renovated buildings.

Accountabilities :

• Prepares plans for allocation and utilization of space. Designs, develops and coordinates layouts to meet building occupants operational requirements; arranges for changes in floor space which includes such revisions as necessary to
