RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Negotiate, prepare, and process a high volume of lease and license agreements in compliance with company policies to support safe access for customers, railroad operations, and third parties.
• Process other real estate documents as needed, adapting to new challenges and priorities.
• Collaborate with internal and external clients, building relationships and fostering teamwork.
• Complete assignments with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to timely delivery.
• Take ownership of projects and tasks, applying sound judgment and creative problem-solving to move initiatives forward.
• Support audits of existing real estate agreements to maintain accuracy and uphold safety and operational requirements.
