A company is looking for a Data Lead to drive data strategy, architecture, and governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

Define and implement data governance, policies, and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance

Design and oversee the implementation of scalable and robust data architectures, including data lakes, warehouses, and pipelines

Lead the development, optimization, and maintenance of ETL / ELT processes for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and storage

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field

Experience in data engineering, data management, or a related role

Expertise in SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or Kafka

Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and related data services

Strong understanding of ETL / ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and data modeling
