Description :

General comments and overview of the unit.

The unit has a total of 23 beds.

There are 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs on staff.

Patient ratios are 1 : 5.

The type of equipment used in the unit is standard for med surg practices.

Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system used is Meditech.

Typical procedures performed include general med surg practices.

The best personality fit for the team is preferred.

Staff dress code is royal blue scrubs.

The unit requires 4 weekend shifts per schedule period.

Floating opportunities are available in all acute care areas, including med surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho.
