Compliance Technology Lead

A company is looking for a Compliance Tech Lead to join their Legal and Compliance team.

Key Responsibilities

Support the compliance technology ecosystem, including internal and third-party tools

Design and enhance compliance solutions for new products and services

Lead AI and ML initiatives to improve compliance systems and processes

Required Qualifications

12 years of related experience in fintech or financial services with a Bachelor's degree, or 8 years with a Master's degree

Experience with large-scale, complex applications in risk / compliance or fintech

Familiarity with AML, KYC, Sanctions, and Fraud compliance systems

Advanced SQL skills for data analysis and system operations

Experience with machine learning models and AI technologies in compliance is preferred
