VPI Compounding Pharmacy is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Clinic Representative Admin Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be the central point of communication between our Clinic Representatives and the clinics we serve, helping ensure that every detail - from onboarding to order updates - runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize incoming emails to our Clinic Representative team
• Enter onboarding data for new clinics with accuracy and efficiency
• Respond to basic inquiries such as order status, tracking updates, and account questions
• Take and relay messages while Clinic Representatives are out in the field
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks while keeping operations running smoothly
