Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

A company is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee management reporting and analysis, including operating expenses and cash flow

Collaborate with functional leaders to develop annual operating plans and financial forecasts

Provide financial consulting and support for strategic decision-making and special projects

Required Qualifications

4-year college degree in finance, accounting, or business administration, or equivalent experience

5-7 years of experience in a FP&A role, preferably in the SaaS industry

Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and public accounting

Strong understanding of private equity financial structures and reporting requirements

Advanced Excel modeling skills and proficiency with ERP systems
