We're seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Sales Representative to help us reach more customers and strengthen our relationships with existing ones.  Overview :

• Customer Service Focused Role handling Walk-In Customers, Pulling their orders on the Sales Floor   Solution-oriented, responsible for actively driving positive customer experience on the sales floor.
• The first point of contact with customer inquiries.
• Respond to customer requests and provide a comprehensive follow-up to account and order details.  Alleviate customer traffic during peak times to ensure a smooth checkout transaction.  Check inventory for product availability in the system and the refrigeration coolers.
• Pulling the order, verifying for accuracy on shipping, delivery, or pick-up information, paying careful attention to modifications, substitutions, and discrepancies.
• Communicate with warehouse operations, the buying department, and the dispatch for order fulfillment.
• Data input and verification of order information, discounts, and store credit information.  Respond to product inquiries, offer recommendations, and conduct product searches.
• Offer assistance and provide support to warehouse operations and maintenance of the workspace, as well as adherence to workplace safety at all times.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations, purchasing, and dispatch for the execution of holidays and promotional events.
