Home Health LPN Needed

******* LPN Home Health - Denver Area - LOCAL Candidates Only *******

Under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, the LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse) - Home Health provides skilled one-on-one nursing care to patients in their home and accompanies them when indicated to appointments, etc.

Pay: $47.00/hr

Minimum Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited practical or vocational nursing program

• Currently licensed as a Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse in the state in which the LPN/LVN will practice

• One year prior professional nursing experience, home care experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age

Location: Lakewood, CO, Aurora, CO, or Denver, CO

Start: ASAP

Shift: Days - 5x8 hour shifts

Length: 8 weeks

Prior Home Health experience preferred, must have active CO or Compact LPN license, and have reliable personal vehicle/valid drivers license.
