This position is located in our Atlanta office, not remotely. The Global Head of Network Services is a senior leadership role responsible for setting the strategic vision, architecture, and engineering direction of AIG's global network services as well as the end-to-end network operations.

This role oversees the full lifecycle of networkingincluding Core Network Services, Common Network Services, Carrier Services, Data Network Services, Branch Networking, Voice and Contact Center Serviceswith a strong emphasis on modernization, cloud readiness, automation, and performance optimization.

In addition, this leader will drive a comprehensive multi-year network transformation initiative, positioning the AIG's technology infrastructure to meet evolving business demands, enhance digital experiences, and ensure resilient, high-performing connectivity globally. This leader will also be a senior member of the Infrastructure Services leadership team.

Global Network Strategy

• Define and drive a global network strategy aligned with AIG's broader technology and business objectives, with a focus on cloud enablement, agility, security, and cost optimization.
• Lead the planning and execution of a multi-year network transformation program, shifting the organization toward software-defined, automated, scalable, and intelligent network platforms.
• Champion a "network as a service" mindset, focusing on user experience, seamless access, and measurable outcomes for internal and external stakeholders.
