This role requires an active insurance license (Property & Casualty required; Life & Health preferred). If you are not licensed, we provide full support to help you get licensed quickly.
What Youll Do
- Drive new business by proactively recommending and selling insurance products to both warm and cold leads.
- Conduct policy reviews and identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell coverage.
- Build strong customer relationships that support retention, referrals, and ongoing growth.
- Communicate confidently with customers to explain coverage options and close sales.
- Assist with service needs and customer questions while maintaining a strong sales focus.
- A proven abilityor strong desireto excel in a sales-driven environment.
- Confidence, persistence, and enthusiasm for engaging in sales conversations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain organization while managing multiple client interactions.
- Experience in insurance, account management, or sales is preferred.
- Property & Casualty license and Life & Health License (or willingness to obtain with agency-backed licensing support).
- Competitive compensation with base salary + commission + performance bonuses.
