Construction Litigation Associate – Los Angeles, CA

A national law firm is seeking an attorney with 4–6 years of construction-related litigation

experience to join its team in Los Angeles . This role is ideal for a litigator who enjoys hands-on responsibility and working on complex disputes within the construction and infrastructure sectors.

Position Overview

The attorney will handle a variety of litigation matters involving construction projects, contractors, design professionals, and related parties. Responsibilities may include :

• Managing cases from early investigation through resolution
• Preparing and arguing motions, conducting depositions, and assisting with trial preparation
• Drafting pleadings, discovery responses, and other litigation documents
• Working directly with clients, experts, and witnesses
• Evaluating claims, investigating facts, and developing litigation strategy

Experience in construction, engineering, or architecture is helpful but not required. Familiarity with insurance-related matters or defense processes is also considered an advantage.
