Supervisory position responsible for overseeing the installation, maintenance and repair of underground utility systems. These systems can include water, sewer, gas and storm sewer.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Management : Plans and coordinates underground utility projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
• Supervision and leadership : Directs the daily activities of crews and providing guidance and support
• Safety Oversight : Ensures all work performed in compliance with safety regulations and standards, conducting safety meetings and inspections
• Technical Expertise : Provides technical direction and problem solving for complex underground utility issues
• Equipment and Materials Management : Manages the use and maintenance of specialized equipment and tools, ensuring they are available and in good working condition
• Training and Development : Trains crew members on best practices, safety procedures and technical skills specific to underground utility work
• Quality Control : Monitors work quality to ensure it meets industry standards and project specifications
• Documenting and Reporting : Maintains detailed records of work performed, materials used and project progress
• Communication : Act as a liaison between field crews, and management, ensuring clear and effective communication
