Weekend & Holiday Coverage : Every other weekend and holiday required

Flu Vaccine : Required (medical / religious exemptions and declinations allowed)
ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications
Active Massachusetts RN license (must be in hand prior to start)
Minimum 2 years of recent ICU nursing experience
Registered Nurse Certification
Ability to pass a Telemetry exam during orientation (passing score : 80%)
Completion of required pre-start and orientation modules
Education verification required prior to start
Flu vaccination (with allowed exemptions)
ICU Nurse Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to critically ill patients in the ICU
Monitor, assess, and respond to changes in patient conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Administer medications, manage life-support equipment, and perform advanced clinical procedures
Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies
Participate in ongoing education and orientation modules as required
Provide coverage for every other weekend and holidays as scheduled
