Job Description :
The Field Support Engineer will be responsible for customer site preparation consultation, on-site installation, implementation planning, maintenance and repair of Advantest systems solutions. This will include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems. Install and optimize hardware / software products and configurations at customer sites. Perform on-site calibration services per Advantest recommended calibration intervals. Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve product performance problems. Perform on-site maintenance and repair services. Ensure high level of customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventive maintenance, best known methods / practices and configurations, which may impact product system uptime performance.

Bachelor's degree or experience in a related field required
Fluent in English
Practical experience - supporting ATE equipment, Advantest 93K experience an advantage.
Travel will be required up to 25% (<24 hours' notice on travel may be experienced occasionally).
