Arch Fitters manufactures custom arch supports for doctors nationwide. We offer competitive pay, PTO, a 401(k), incentive programs, and scheduled pay increases.

In this entry-level Orthotic Designer role, you’ll train hands-on alongside our Design Team to learn how we design and produce custom orthotics. You’ll be taught our in-house systems and software to start building the orthotics our practitioners and their patients rely on.

If you like learning, working with detail, and taking pride in what you do, we’d like to meet you. Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

  • Be dependable and punctual
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be comfortable with computers and basic software
  • Learn quickly and follow demonstrated steps consistently
  • Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Communicate clearly with teammates about your work
  • Be available to work Monday–Friday

Job Type : Part-time

Work Location : In-person

Pay : $16.30 per hour

Available shifts, Monday-Friday :

  • 6 : 00am - 10 : 00am
  • 2 : 00pm - 6 : 00pm
  • Opportunities for additional hours with flexibility for shift coverage or short-notice / on-call for emergencies.
