A company is looking for a Global AI Learning Specialist (Secondment).

Key Responsibilities

Lead the integration of AI into curriculum development and design custom AI-enabled tools

Scale proven AI pilots by creating implementation guides and providing support to country teams

Support the development of personalized learning pathways and competency-based learning experiences

Required Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor's degree required

5+ years of experience in instructor training and professional development focused on adult learning

5+ years of experience managing complex projects and leading teams

Mastery of adult learning principles and experience in instructional material design for adult learners

Experience in online and / or blended learning environments
