Salary Range : $83,200.00 - $93,184.00

Job Description

• Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, and document care in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to accurately assess patient conditions.
• Continuously assess and evaluate patient needs and responses to care.
• Apply sound nursing judgment to make informed decisions regarding patient care management.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries and illnesses.
• Administer over-the-counter and prescription medications as prescribed.
• Work collaboratively with the nursing team to develop a comprehensive Plan of Care for each patient.
• Guide and direct ancillary personnel while maintaining high standards of professional nursing practice.
