Key Responsibilities
Partner with engineering leadership to shape technical strategy and execution priorities
Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria, ensuring alignment with business goals
Lead and coordinate cross-platform initiatives, managing risks and dependencies effectively
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in software engineering, systems architecture, or platform engineering
Experience managing complex, cross-team initiatives with long-term impact
Ability to influence architectural direction and make technical decisions
Familiarity with enterprise systems such as CRMs and billing platforms
Strong technical judgment and ability to communicate trade-offs clearly
