Dementia Experienced Evening Care Professional

We are seeking experienced evening Care Professionals with a strong background in dementia and sundowning care. Ideal candidates will understand how to smoothly transition clients through the challenges of sundowning, providing comfort and stability. Proactive problem-solving, patience, and compassion are essential. You must be familiar with the behavioral changes that occur in the evening and know how to manage agitation, confusion, and anxiety effectively. The right person will create a calming environment while ensuring safety and emotional well-being. As a Care Professional with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will :

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
• Managing day-to-day activities / calendar in the home
• Running errands, including grocery shopping
