Key Responsibilities

• Develop write and validate CMM inspection programs based on engineering drawings and specifications.
• Interpret complex GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) requirements for accurate measurement.
• Perform First Article Inspection (FAI) and in-process inspections using CMM.
• Analyze measurement data identify deviations and generate detailed inspection reports.
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing CMM programs and measurement processes.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to resolve quality non-conformances.
• Maintain CMM equipment including calibration verification and basic maintenance.
