Our client, a leading organization in the technology industry, is seeking a Senior React Full Stack Developer - AI to join their team. As a Senior React Full Stack Developer - AI, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive mindset.

Location : Redmond, WA - Fully Remote, any US time zone but PST is a preference

Pay Range : $58.46 - $64.33 on Experis W2 (Benefits, PTO and 401K)

Hard skills :

• Minimum 7 years' experience with React.js, specifically building front-end solutions.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with Azure Services, such as Web Apps and Functions.
• Minimum 5 years' experience with CI / CD in Azure DevOps.

What's the Job?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Full-Stack Developer to design and deliver modern, scalable, and secure web applications. This role combines front-end expertise in React.js and Fluent UI with back-end development and cloud deployment experience using Azure and Azure DevOps. You will also leverage AI-powered coding assistants (such as Cline) to accelerate development and maintain high-quality standards. You will lead technical decisions, mentor team members, and ensure best practice across the stack while working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
