AJ3 Industries is an Amazon DSP dedicating to providing excellent delivery services out of Amazon Warehouse DGE7. We are looking for motivation individuals to join our team as DOT Delivery Drivers.

Location : HAT2 - 7520 Factory Shoals Rd, Austell, GA 30168

Job Description

Compensation :

Base Pay : 22.25 / Hour
Weekly Bonus : Weekly performance bonus based on performance
Annual Bonus : Special incentives / bonus each year of employment
401(k) Match : 3%
Paid Training

Shift Time(s) :

Shift 1 : Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (depending on performance)

Shift 2 : Wednesday (depending on performance), Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Shift 3 : Friday, Saturday, Sunday

What You’ll Do as a Delivery Driver

As a DOT Delivery Driver, you’ll drive a DOT regulated box truck delivering 70 packages a day

Handle large bulky products utilizing proper equipment with weights ranging from 50 - 200+ (team lift)

Work 4 or more days per week and up to 12 hours per day including breaks

Interact with Amazon customers and the public in a professional and positive manner

Work collaboratively with dispatchers, lead drivers, and operations managers to get the job done

Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times

Navigate a variety of routes throughout delivery area according to GPS

Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions

Use hand held device for routing and customer delivery information.

Load and unload delivery vehicles with packages to be delivered

Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers

Perform the following tasks, with or without reasonable accommodation

Lift packages up to 200 lbs

Able to get in and out of van and walk up and down stairs through your shift

Deliver products to customers in a professional and courteous manner

Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle

Report any issues or problems to management immediately

Qualifications

What You’ll Need

Grit and lots of it. It is not easy work, but it can be rewarding when done right

Reliability, communication skills, and eagerness to learn and get the job done

Must be at least 21 years old with eligibility to work in the United States

Must have a valid driver's license

Must have 3 years of driving history in the United States

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs - 200 lbs packages

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Adhere to yard safety policies, obey all applicable traffic laws, and drive in accordance with weather / road conditions
