[job_card.job_description]Deliver fast, friendly, and accurate guest service while upholding Guthrie’s standards of hospitality and food quality. Prepare and serve Guthrie’s menu items with care, consistency, and attention to safety. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment at all times. Greet guests with energy and professionalism to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Support fellow team members across kitchen, service, and dining areas as needed. Use kitchen and service equipment correctly and safely, following training guidelines. Exhibit a positive attitude, team-first mentality, and pride in representing Guthrie’s. Participate in ongoing training and development with an eagerness to learn. Maintain physical condition appropriate to assigned duties, including : Lifting up to 50 lbs overhead Use visual and auditory awareness for : Reading orders and communicating clearly with the team Completion of Guthrie’s in-store training program Reliable transportation Ability to follow instructions, work well under pressure, and communicate respectfully Full-Time : Typically works 28–40 hours / week Part-Time : Typically works up to 28 hours / week, based on availability and restaurant needs Restaurant environment : Fast-paced, high-energy atmosphere requiring constant mobility Guest service area : Use of point-of-sale (POS) systems and front-of-house tools Physical demands include :

$11.50-14 / hr Free meals on shifts greater than 5 hours, 50% employee discount, flexible scheduling

- Reports directly to Shift Managers and the General Manager.
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
