We are for a Toddler Teacher who is passionate, patient, and ready to guide our little ones through their early adventures. This is more than a jobits a chance to build bonds, spark curiosity, and help toddlers grow through play, love, and learning.
What Youll Do :
- Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers (ages 1.53)
- Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Help toddlers explore the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play
- Support routines like mealtime, potty training, and nap time with kindness and care
- Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates
- Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork
What Were Looking For :
- A genuine love for children and a big heart
- Experience in a toddler or early childhood setting (preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework (a plus!)
- CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain
- Reliable, energetic, and ready to dance to Baby Shark (again and again)
Qualifications
- 18+ Years Old
- Experience in childcare preferred
- Lead : Meet one of the following :
Hold a bachelors or Associates in early childhood education, education, or child / youth development
- Have a Child Development Associate Credential
- Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children
- 3+ years experience in childcare or classroom management preferred.
