Key Responsibilities
Administer compensation plans and process commission payments for employees
Audit commission payments and provide support to sales teams regarding compensation plans
Perform detailed sales reporting, analysis, and annual commission compensation planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
8 years of related commissions administration experience
Strong / advanced MS Excel skills
Experience using Xactly
Sales reporting experience
