Key Responsibilities :

  • Count inventory daily
  • Return damaged or incorrect delivery of products to suppliers to ensure refunds are received for that delivery.
  • Inventory management of existing inventory / products to include regular auditing of inventory count
  • Receive products that come from other locations
  • Inventory Transfers
  • Make a rapport with customers
  • Grow the business by maximizing the sales potential in every customer contact
  • Seek to better understand every customer’s business needs, requirements and expectations in order to provide best possible solution.
  • Strong organizational skill and attention to detail
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via person to person and phone.
  • Learn products and system

Skills

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to schedule changes
  • Ability to manage a computer.
  • Inventory

    • Experience Required :

  • Minimum 1 year of experience
  • Experience in Customer service
  • Enjoy doing sales and to be in contact with people
  • Prefer High school finish
  • Must speak Spanish and English fluently
