Compensation : Up to $60 / hr, based on experience

Job Description
\nAs a School BCBA, you will :
\n\n \n\t
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
\n\t\n\t
Oversee and provide supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other support staff.
\n\t\n\t
Collect and analyze behavioral data to guide instructional and behavioral strategies.
\n\t\n\t
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to promote student success.
\n\t\n\t
Provide training and support for staff on ABA principles and effective behavior management techniques.
\n\t\n\t
Ensure compliance with ethical standards and district policies.
\n\t\n
\n\n
Education and Certification Requirements
\n\n \n\t
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
\n\t\n\t
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification through the BACB required.
\n\t\n\t
Previous school-based or pediatric experience strongly preferred.
\n\t\n\t
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n\t\n
