Front Desk Representative

As a Front Desk Representative at Larkin Behavioral Health Services (LBHS), you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by greeting patients, answering their questions, and directing them to the appropriate department. Your role is crucial in ensuring that our patients have a positive experience at LBHS.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills

• Experience in a healthcare setting
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Knowledge of medical terminology
