Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle for clinical and medical positions, including sourcing, screening, and extending offers
Assess and manage recruitment tools to enhance efficiency in the recruiting process
Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize candidate throughput and maintain a positive candidate experience
Required Qualifications
7+ years of work experience
3+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment and / or operations
Operationally savvy with a strong focus on efficiency
Comfortable with data analysis and making data-informed decisions
Professionalism in communication with highly-trained medical staff
