General cardiology in Normal, IL (2 positions)

1. First position

Mon to Friday 8am to 4.30pm

$320 / hr

No call

2. Rounding

5 days a month (Wed to Sunday)

$2560 / 24 hr call

Gratis 8 hrs

Call back $320 / hr

Here is a brief description of the general cardiology need.

See an average of 14 patients per day on outpatient days (8-4 : 30pm)

Straight forward bread and butter general cardiology practice

Advanced Imaging training is a plus but not required (currently no one level 3 in MRI)

For full time Cardiologists hospital rounding is required once per month Wed-Sunday (not sure how this would be handled on a locum basis)

Some general Invasive is required such as TEEs

Currently have 2.5 FTE of General Cardiology with a need for 5.5 FTE to be fully staffed
