Shift : Days, 3 days a week, 12 hours shifts

Salary : $34hr to $43 / hr Annually + Full-time Benefits

Bonuses : Up to $15k sign on and $5k relo bonuses offered

Job Summary :

Additional Skills / Information : Previous OR experience. Level 3 Trauma Center

Required Licensure and / or Certification : BLS YES, BLS and ARRT
