Pricing and Proposals Manager

Vaco is seeking a Pricing and Proposals Manager  for a growing organization located in North Scottsdale.

Responsibilities include :

Develop and execute pricing strategies—cost-plus, value-based, and competitive—to drive profitability and support market positioning.

Analyze production costs, supply chain dynamics, and market trends to guide timely, data-driven pricing decisions.

Partner with sales, marketing, and production teams to create effective pricing structures, discounts, and compelling customer proposals.

Monitor pricing performance, conduct competitive analysis, and present strategy recommendations to senior leadership to support revenue and margin goals.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics is required.

4+ years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or strategic finance.

Demonstrated success developing and executing pricing strategies that improve profitability in a manufacturing environment.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Solid understanding of manufacturing cost structures and supply chain demands.

Strong analytical skills and someone who can help with process improvement.

Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL

Experience with ERP Systems.

Hybrid work schedule / remote 3 days out of a 2-week period, but they cannot be Monday or Friday.

Salary $110k-$130k base salary
