Position : Talent Acquisition Intern

Location : Columbus Ohio

Pay Rate : $25 per hour

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May August). When you join Superior you join a national leader in electrical design and addition to your day-to-day responsibilities we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns leadership training career prep unique jobsite visits and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Talent Acquisition team youll gain exposure to our recruiting efforts and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle recruiting including how we attract source and hire top talent to support our companys growth. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain exposure to the recruiting lifecycle including job postings sourcing strategies talent market researches and screening processes
• Support resume reviews and help identify potential candidates for the Talent Acquisition team
• Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accuracy and organization within our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Support talent pipeline tracking and documentation of recruiting activities
• Participate in projects that build your understanding of recruiting operations employer branding and talent strategy
