The successful candidate will be responsible for working with members of the outside sales team in a support role while also entering sold jobs into our sales management software. This position is an ideal entry point into the company and provides ample opportunities for learning and development.

Compensation :

$45,000 - $57,500 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Enter jobs into our job management software for supported sales reps
• Resolve outside questions / selections on sold jobs during the order entry process
• Provide administrative support to outside sales reps :  communicate with customers on behalf of the sales reps, help solve problems, process payments, follow up with customers on outstanding quotes
• Serve as the showroom representative for assigned sales team members during customer visits
• Assist with inside sales duties and coverage
