[job_card.job_description]Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service Run the register and handle food orders accurately Prepare and serve coffee and espresso drinks Assist with food prep (whipping cream cheese, chopping veggies, prepping bagels) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby and kitchen area Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Help open or close the store and assist with restocking and inventory Learn to mix, weigh, and cut dough precisely, and hand-roll fresh bagels daily (training provided!) Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn new skills Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Comfortable with early mornings and hands-on work Take pride in quality, consistency, and great customer experiences Can lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods

Description
We’re looking for enthusiastic, hard-working team members who want to grow their skills both in front of house and in the bakery kitchen . This hybrid position starts with customer service and food prep responsibilities and includes training to become a skilled baker.
If you love connecting with people, take pride in quality work, and want to learn the craft of hand-rolled bagels from scratch, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do
Front of House (FOH) Responsibilities :
Back of House (BOH) / Baker Apprentice Responsibilities :
Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently (rotating ovens, mixers, kettles)
Prep ingredients, bake cookies, and assist with other baked goods
Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace
Support the baking team and jump in where needed
